  • As of right now, we are getting booked a month or more in advance. If a date is booked, we will not be able to take the order. Sometimes we do have availability left the week of but it depends on the day.

  • All custom orders are not finalized until you have spoken to our custom cake coordinator and have put a 50% deposit in with them. If a deposit is not put down, the date is not booked for you.

  • Deposits are non refundable.

If it is urgent, please add that in the subject line along with the date of event.

  • There is no order placed unless you get an email or phone confirmation from us saying your order is finalized!
