*We do carry most of these cakes in our case each day until they sell out and the bigger sizes need to be preordered. There are some cakes we only make in certain sizes.

Nicois

A white cake with raspberry syrup, a layer of apricot preserve, Bavarian cream with raspberry coulis and strawberries, pears and pineapple. Iced with whip cream and sides covered with sliced almonds.

2 layers of genoise sponge cake misted with orange syrup, layer of apricot jam and bavarian cream filling. Topped with ganache and covered with chocolate shavings.

Pink Champagne

A chiffon cake with champagne syrup and champagne Bavarian cream filling. Iced with whipped cream and covered with pink chocolate curls around side. (Pearls if available)
